MoccaWorks is a small project focused on designing accessories and upgrades for coffee equipment, starting with the Moccamaster coffee brewer.
The idea came from daily use. The machine itself is excellent, but the surrounding workflow often leaves room for improvement. Things like filter storage, tool organization, and small components that make the brewing routine smoother.
I’m Rasmus, based in Vancouver, and MoccaWorks started as a personal design experiment. Using 3D printing, I began building small parts for my own setup and refining them through daily use. Over time those prototypes turned into designs that others might find useful as well.
Alongside product development, this site will also document experiments with Moccamaster brewing variables, including topics like brew temperature, flow rate, filters, and different brewing configurations. The goal is to better understand how the machine works and how small adjustments can change the brewing experience.
The first product release will be the MoccaBoard, a modular accessory specifically designed for the Moccamaster.
